Food for Thought Friday

I'll be in and out of the office most of Friday so I thought I would post the night before again. Yes, I removed the Big Brother Iranian-Chinese censor block from the blog so please keep it FF. Here are some funny, offensive, and mind boggling pictures for your viewing pleasure. Happy Friday.

Mind Boggle 1 - Einstein up close, Marilyn Monroe from afar (stand about 10' back)

Mind Boggle 2 - See the baby?

Mind Boggle 3 - How many legs?

Mind Boggle 4 - What the hell are these guys doing?

Offensive Cartoon 1 - Cindy is going to kill me for this one

Funny Picture 1 - Awesome

Funny Picture 2 - This seems legitimate to me. Most research companies start out on a small budget until they get investors. I think investing in alcohol research is a great idea.

Don't worry Brett, I seriously doubt Professional Fortune Cookie Writer was an option on the survey.

  2. Oh yeah? Well I counter with this article ... http://www.thecompletelawyer.com/health/alcoholism-is-a-hidden-disease-among-lawyers-2896.html

  3. I see the baby!!!!!

That picture of the elephant is stupid. It has four legs. Just because someone drew random feet that don't belong changes nothing.

  4. Great video clips! If you haven't watched them yet, you should.

  5. That sign does a good job of highlighting the immediate danger, but not the most devastating danger. I'm conflicted in how I feel about that.

  6. I agree with Brett, as Justin would say...the guy who made that elephint picture needs to be shot. Speaking on Justin, where the heck has he been.

  7. Casey, if you are driving down the road I am pretty sure that the fact that the bridge being out is more immediate and devastating.

  8. I like the last sign, it weeds out the stupid people

  9. Brett,
Number 1: The sign has both a picture of a car and a picture of a person walking. Obviously, I was taking the position of the person walking (even though we all know I hate walking or any other type of physical activity) and not the person driving down the road.

Number 2: There's not even a road visible in the picture.

Number 3: a person driving in a car with sign that has "sharp edges" in front of them, is still in "immediate" danger, because it is a danger that is closer than the bridge that is out farther down the road. Just like an angry 6 year old with a pocket knife standing 2 feet in front of you is more of an "immediate" danger than the grown bodybuilder of a man holding a highlander sword, 300 feet in front of you.

    Number 5: You've been lawyered!

    Number 4:

  10. Yeah, my numbering is off, deal with it!

  11. The only way that sign is an immediate danger to the driver is if the driver does not have the capabilities to keep his/her(more likely her) vehicle on the road, in which case the driver behind the wheel is the danger, not the sign or anything else that may be on the side of the road. And would people be more likely to crash into the sign if the sign did not warn them of it's sharp edges? I think not. You can make a case for walkers but not for drivers.

And that is how you outlawyer a lawyer!!

  12. What would happen if someone was driving close to the sign and they had a hand outside the window. With sharp edges, it could cut off their hand...hence the warning.

And this is how you outlawyer the outlarwyer who outlawyered a lawyer

  13. MB3K, if you are ever arrested please hire a lawyer and don't ever try to represent yourself.

  14. What, you don't think that would fly with a Judge. Well if Casey is not the one trying to prosecute me I could hire him.

  15. "Open and shut case Johnson!"

  16. I'm pretty sure Casey is going to lose his license before he gets the chance to prosecute you for anything...I'm just saying

  17. You've been gone for a week from this blog and that's the best you can do? I wish you never would have come back

  18. It started out as an experiment and finished as two sentences. I'm sorry that I have been absent but I just haven't really made this blog a life priority lately. Not that I don't love you all, I just simply had better things to do than post comments.

Is that better than lying like Dylan and saying I have just been way, way too busy with work or am I still an asshole either way???

  19. Well it's quite possible, that you missed out on what could have been the funniest reading experience of your life. There were some ridiculously funny comments made in the past week and I highly recommend you go back and read them.

What do you make a priority in life? Are you still selling opportunity in the form of an energy drink? Or is there a new girl?
